I believe I was just 10 years old when I started working. I used to help out at the family business which was an Italian Restaurant & Bakery on Yonge St. in Richmond Hill. As the years went by, my role shifted from that of a bagging boy to a quasi manager by the time I was 16 years of age.

Interestingly, both during and after high school I worked in the music business. My role was not a glamorous one, mainly administrative functions but upon reflection, I believe that I learned a great deal. Everything from being attentive to details and mastering effective communication and even (through osmosis) crafting my negotiating skills.

After deciding that the music biz was not for me, I went off to College where I earned my degree with Honors in Hospitality Management. As is the case with all too many of us, the schooling I had gone through was ultimately not going to be my "calling". Still though, I don't regret my time in College. I had the opportunity to learn the skills I needed to run a business as well as honing my already established Customer Service skills. -it also gives you an advantage when buying or selling a restaurant/hospitality based business since I can, of course, "bring that to the table".

After College and working abroad in both Rome, Italy and in the mountains of Alberta Canada, I decided that it was time for me to buy my first property. -And that's when my passion for Real Estate got started! Within months of my realization, I bought my first property in the heart of Newmarket, Ontario! Then, about 6 months later, I managed to buy another property in Bradford, Ontario. From there I began to "flip" homes for a profit and all the while, friends and family would ask for advice. Since I was already "doing it" and always willing to help others, I decided to get my Real Estate License -and here I am, over 10 years later still flipping homes on occassion but still "Completely Focused" on helping my clients buy and sell their homes.

I take great pride in what I do for you. I am constantly upgrading my skills and staying up to date with market conditions for you. I also make it a point to have the whole experience with me be as positive as possible. I make every effort to be sure you stay positive throughout the steps we go through in Buying and/or Selling a home. Now sure, there are some tricky situations that accompany Real Estate sales where it's tough to stay positive such as divorce home sales, or financial stresses forcing a sale, death in the family (estate sales) etc., however... I still always try to take a positive spin on things whenever possible. I like to think that most (meaningful) "change" in our lives comes by necessity -usually because we set a new standard for ourselves.

I've been sucessfully selling real estate for well over 10 years now.

To sum it up: When you team up with me, you will "smile while you buy and sell real estate at the right pace and for the best price!" -but don't just believe me, see what people are saying about my services.

You should also note that I am very passionate about Habitat For Humanity which is a charity organization that mobilizes volunteers and community partners in building affordable housing and promoting homeownership as a means to breaking the cycle of poverty. I help by offering a percentage of my commissions to the cause.

When I am not busy helping my clients with their Real Estate goals, you will probably find me spending quality time with my wife and 3 kids.
